We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services. This includes:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, and message content when you use our contact forms.
• Authentication Data: When you login via Discord, we receive your Discord ID, username, and avatar to identify you and manage your session.
• Login Security Data: After Discord identifies your account, we record the login attempt time, outcome, login surface, and valid IP address when one is available. We do not derive or store geolocation from these login IPs.
• Support Information: Details you provide in support tickets, such as PC specifications and issue descriptions.
• Affiliate Data: PayPal email address for processing payout requests if you participate in our affiliate program.

Your data is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services:

• To verify your identity and manage your account.
• To protect accounts, investigate login abuse, and diagnose authentication failures.
• To communicate with you regarding your orders, support tickets, or inquiries.
• To process payments and affiliate payouts.
• To provide the specific PC optimization services you have requested.

Detailed login-attempt records are deliberately bounded:

• Detailed identified login attempts become eligible for deletion after 90 days and are removed by scheduled daily cleanup. They are also limited to the newest 1,000 attempts for each Discord account.
• A compact summary keeps first-seen and last-seen times plus success and failure counts for the newest 256 unique IP addresses on each Discord account.
• The compact unique-IP summary is limited by that newest-256 cap rather than an age deadline. The latest successful login IP and time remain until a later successful login replaces them or the account data is deleted.
• Invalid or unavailable IP addresses are not stored, and failed attempts that cannot be tied to a verified Discord identity are not assigned to an account.

We use necessary cookies for core site functionality and only use optional tracking with your consent.

• Consent Management: Our built-in consent manager stores your cookie preferences in a first-party cookie on this site and blocks optional scripts until the relevant consent is given.
• Functional Cookies: We use cookies for authentication, checkout, referral or promo-code handling, and site functionality.
• Advertising Measurement: With advertising consent, we use X Ads Pixel to measure ad performance and conversions such as site visits, landing page views, add-to-cart events, downloads, and purchases.
• No General Analytics Pixels: We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, Clarity, PostHog, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar analytics tools unless this policy is updated.
• Affiliate Codes: If you visit via an affiliate link, the referral or promo code is kept in first-party session storage (cleared when the tab closes) and used only to apply the code at checkout.

We do not store your credit card or financial information.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• We only receive confirmation of your payment, plan details, and any promo codes used.
• Cryptocurrency payments (e.g., Token Burns) are handled via blockchain transactions; we do not have access to your private keys.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

• You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• You can request corrections or deletion of your data by contacting us.
